If you write to us through a form or by email, we process your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message in order to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a quote for you.
If you are a client, we also process the data needed to provide the service you have contracted, register domains in your name, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations.
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for a maximum of one year from the last communication. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law, such as the six years set by the Código de Comercio (Commercial Code) for business records.
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required. To register a domain, the holder's details are passed to the relevant registry (for example, Red.es for .es domains), as its rules require. Some providers, such as hosting and email providers, access the data as processors, under contracts in line with Article 28 of the GDPR. If any of them involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it takes place with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to support@digitalops.es and stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency) (www.aepd.es).
