The controller of your data is DIGITALOPS, S.L., NIF B05640164, with its address at C/ Sant Isidre 63 A, 08208 Sabadell (Barcelona). You can write to us at support@digitalops.es.
If you write to us through a form or by email, we process your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message in order to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a quote for you.
If you are a client, we also process the data needed to provide the service you have contracted, register domains in your name, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations.
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for a maximum of one year from the last communication. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law, such as the six years set by the Código de Comercio (Commercial Code) for business records.
We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. To register a domain, the registrant's data is passed to our registrar, NETIM SAS (Lille, France), and to the relevant registry (for example Red.es for .es domains), as their rules require. For this data, DigitalOps and Netim are joint controllers (Article 26 GDPR), and we answer your requests within one month. Some providers, such as hosting and email providers, access data as processors under contracts that meet Article 28 GDPR. If any of them involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it is made with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to support@digitalops.es and stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency) (www.aepd.es).
