Prices for domains, hosting, email and servers are shown excl. VAT. Before paying you will see the applicable VAT and the total. The renewal price is the one published at the time of renewal; we notify you 30 days in advance.
IT support, development and IoT services are contracted through a written proposal setting out scope, price and deadlines.
Monthly plans have no minimum term and renew every month until you cancel them. Annual plans are paid in advance and renew for 12-month periods. You can turn off automatic renewal from the client area.
DigitalOps resells domain registration. The registrar of record is NETIM SAS, 264 av. Arthur Notebart, 59160 Lille (France), accredited by ICANN and by the registry of each extension. DigitalOps is not an accredited registrar. You can check the registrar of any domain in the InterNIC Whois service.
We register each domain with your company's details as the registrant. You must give us complete, accurate details and keep them up to date. Netim, the registries or the authorities of each extension may contact you directly or ask you to verify your identity. If verification fails, they may refuse, suspend or not renew the domain.
By registering a domain you accept, in addition to these terms, the rules of its extension's registry, the terms and acceptable use policy of Netim and, for generic domains (.com, .net, .org and others), ICANN's policies. ICANN publishes your rights and responsibilities as a registrant and the registrant benefits.
You may not use a domain for illegal or fraudulent activity, phishing, malware or spam, or to infringe trademarks or other third-party rights. If we receive an abuse report, we will ask you to explain; if the use breaks these rules, the domain may be suspended or cancelled.
If you do not renew a domain before it expires, someone else may be able to register it.
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, except for services already fully provided with your consent or domains already registered in your name, which cannot be refunded. [Review with legal counsel.]
You can open a ticket from the client area or write to us at support@digitalops.es. To cancel a service, request it from the client area; hosted data is kept for 30 days after cancellation so you can download it. [Confirm deadline.]
